(waves crashing) Hi, I'm Margi Young. This is season three of Welcome to Yoga. The practice is geared for people who are newer to the practice. However, anyone can do these practices because it's always good to visit the basics and remember to go back to a beginning mind and just get very strong in the fundamentals again and again and again and again. I'm really excited about everything I shared.
Everything is sort of near and dear to my yogic heart. Starting with just ways to find a comfortable seat, sitting on the ground or in a chair, and then have some practices on sun salutations and standing poses, hip openers, back bends, two breathing practices that are important to me I'd like to share with you, and a meditation about being soft in the sense organs. So I'm excited to share these with you because I think that they'll make you feel a little brighter and more open inside, as well as perhaps some of the unnecessary ramblings of the mind may begin to quiet, which is really a gem and a jewel of the yoga practice, the physical as well as the mental. And in my teachings and my practice, this is all just completely intermeshed together. So please join me, please comment if you feel like it.
