(waves crashing) These practices are designed to bring you more ease in your body. More ease by learning how to come into the center line. More ease through learning how to be more stable, more mobile, more sensitive, and to be able to feel where we're resisting those kinds of things. This work has helped me so much. And I hope you can find some of the ease that I've found too.
