(waves crash) Hello and welcome to the third season of Power Hour. I'm Rosemary Garrison and I'm really excited to share these practices with you. You'll find a lot of strength building, especially for the legs, but really the whole body, some really deep, intense core work, some repetitive flow to generate a lot of heat and fire, some hip opening, back-bending, overall really comprehensive flows that work the whole body that generate a lot of strength, a lot of fire and heat and energy, some creative sequencing, really hoping to have a lot of fun and strengthen the whole body.
