(waves crash) In season one, we're gonna be tuning the skill of loving kindness, which is to allow the heart to more naturally, spontaneously, and easily and with great sincerity wish ourselves and others well-being, ease, joy, and freedom. We're gonna approach this skill by breaking down the components into short, easy, manageable meditations that can be done either on your cushion, in a chair, and even more importantly, practiced throughout our daily lives. The purpose here is to allow the heart to be a kinder, sweeter home in which we can reside to allow us to enjoy our life more fully. Love.
