Hey, my name is Robert Sedoti. Welcome to Yoga Anytime. This is season three of Keeping It Real. These sequences are designed to build strength, improve your balance, flexibility, breath work, coordination. All of those will happen, but what I really believe in and what I keep coming back to over and over and over is moderation, sustainability, practices that help not only help you look good and feel good, but really help you confront the challenges of life or help you to play with your kids and feel good.
You can bend over, squat, push yourself back up. If you fall, you're not going to possibly hurt yourself, right? Life movements. That's what's important to me and I hope that comes through to you. I hope you enjoy them, practice them, share them.
