Namaste yogis, I'm Linda Baffa and I'm so excited to welcome you to season 3 of Flow Sweet Flow. These are accessible vinyasa practices, 30 minutes, just long enough to get it all in, just short enough so you have the rest of your day. We just cover everything from feeling peaceful to proper alignment to just really moving with the breath to strengthening the core, firing things up, getting energized. So it kind of runs through lots of different emotions and feelings and what you need for your day and for you to feel the best version of yourself.
