Welcome. My name is Jasmine Tarkeshi and I'm so happy to be here with you on Yoga Anytime. The practices are inspired by my new book, Yoga Body and Mind Handbook. These practices are accessible and they're meant to meet you exactly where you are. Each practice includes breathing and meditation and asanas that will result in you feeling calm, grounded, balanced, energized and nourished whenever you need it.
You'll find practices for morning, afternoon and evening of different lengths, 15, 30 or even 60 minutes if you have the time to incorporate the practice into your life. And welcome to your yoga practice. I'm so happy to be here with you on this journey and wish you infinite blessings of yoga's happiness and peace and freedom and love.
