So anxiety and depression, don't they seem like complete opposite conditions, right? We've got anxiety over here, which is really the condition of helplessness. We've got depression, which is hopelessness. So in essence, they're really two sides of the same coin. The beauty right now is that Western research and the ancient yogi tradition have really come together to come to an understanding that we no longer have to be stuck where we are, that there really are tools to break through that sense of helplessness and hopelessness.

So come join me as we unpack some of those practices and see where we land, see if indeed we can come to a sense of stability, joy, and equanimity together. Welcome.
