(upbeat music) Hi everyone, breathing is a very important part of the Yoga practice. Breathing builds the place between the physical and mental body. So it's actually help us to connect the body and mind. So now we're gonna go through eight different Pranayama techniques. And how you can apply those to your Asana practice and how you gonna apply them to those separate breathing exercises.
