Today we explore a flow sequence with an intention of trusting our inner, deeper knowing or intuition. With a focus on the ajna chakra, or third-eye chakra, we focus on a vision we would like to create in our practice so that we can actualize it in our lives.
In our reflection, we explore the topics of visualization and actualization further with a talk and a visualization and journaling exercise.
Loving all the wisdom. When we're open to our intuition it's so amazing how things fall into place. I just love when that happens, when I am open and aware.
I really felt a sense of integration with this practice. I love your cues and how they are consistent and have built awareness in this series. I think this is the first sequence I have practised which has focused on the third eye chakra (I wonder why?). I really enjoyed this focus.
Thanks we are in lockdown in NZ at present for covid and this 7 day practise has been really helpful for motivation etc. Even though it was made a while ago I just wanted you to know it is still valid and helpful. My brother and I have been doing it in our separate groups and keeping in touch and keeping each other motivated throughout. Thanks so much you are an excellent teacher. Lianne
Mia, another wonderful practice. All week I thought about finding my voice (as an English teacher I have no problem typing or talking about metaphors...), and it was an eventful week for sure. Thanks for reinforcing cultivating our inner wisdom. I backed off, and let go of my need to over-effort. The wrapped leg asana is very difficult for me as I have about 200,000 cycling miles in my thighs and calves, so putting down my foot was what I needed today. I love the fact that when my mind wanders, it narrates into self-improvement tales. I began my yoga journey with a third eye Yoga Nidra just over a year ago, and I visualized more higher self actualization today. Looking forward to see how this plays out this week. Shanti, DavidĀ
