Our deepest self is delight. So how do we access this delight and what gets in the way of us experiencing it? In this challenge, we move through five days of fun, playful, nourishing, and sometimes challenging 45-minute vinyasa flow practices, all designed to explore the qualities of an open and clear heart. At the end of these five days, it is my hope that you feel more nourished, supported, steady, fluid, committed, and brave, and that ultimately your heart feels this new sense of lightness and ease and its true essence of joy.
