Yoga invites us into a healing relationship with ourselves. Welcome to season two, Yoga for Trauma. I'm so glad we're here. Together we'll continue to explore the practical tips, tools, practices and approaches that will help you more skillfully and safely work with your symptoms of trauma and stress in both your mind and body. It's my sincere hope that you'll develop the confidence and courage to continue on your healing journey and develop and cultivate self-compassion and loving-kindness.
