Yoga teaches that you are enough just the way you are and the yoga practice is simply a practice of revealing that essential self. Hi there and welcome to The Flow Show. I'm so excited to be your teacher and your host throughout this season. Together we'll explore a combination of yoga techniques including some focused meditation, some breath work that pranayama and some new poses perhaps to add into your practice. I hope you leave this practice feeling energized and open the way that vinyasa can do for a body while also feeling balanced and centered in your mind and spirit as well.
