Welcome to season one. My goal is to inspire your yoga practice to new levels using new and innovative ways of feeling deeply into each asana. Together we'll use support, props, and detailed guidance to learn and explore our bodies and use that growing awareness to tap into hidden areas in our mind and emotions.
