Learning to feel, learning to open takes practice and courage. Welcome to season two. In this season we'll be building on the foundations and experiences of season one and stepping into new asana, deeper meditation and an expanding awareness of stillness within. These 45 minute practices will be challenging, strengthening and deeply restorative. I'm so excited to be here on this journey with you. Let's get started.
