Welcome back. Amy and I are going to play a little bit with some Half Moon. So as you're ready, grounding on that right foot, reaching the right hand out, lifting the left leg. Okay, and we'll talk about some essentials of the alignment and then I'll show you one basic adjustment. Obviously, we want the standing leg strong and rooted. If you see a hyperextension in that knee, you can encourage just a micro bend in the knee. Yeah. And then the lifted leg is strong and engaged and that lifted foot is flexed, pressing out through the heel. That actually helps the balance. So you can encourage that for your students. Right hand is rooted, shoulders are down the back and that lifted arm just like triangle is sailing straight up to the sky. Beautiful. Okay, then to assist, I'm taking my left leg behind Amy's standing leg just to give her a little brace foundation. I'm taking my left hand to her outer upper left hip and my right hand to her right shoulder just like triangle pose. And then I'm drawing her open. Gorgeous, Amy. Nice. And you can see how that rolled the torso open, opened her heart and her left shoulder. Beautiful. I'm just going to gently release her shoulder, keep my leg bracing her hip, release her upper hip, and then gently when I feel that she has her balance. Yeah. Which might take a moment and that's fine. Play with it. Maybe put a hand on their sacrum and then step away. Nice, Amy. As you're ready, you can ease out of it. Yeah. All right. Thank you. Yeah. So just that one basic adjustment once they're rooted and stable can help to open the whole pose. Thank you. Namaste.
