Welcome back in this series we're looking at standing forward fold postures Padangusthasana and Padahasthasana and Prasarita Padatanasana A and C. So again we'll look at some fundamental alignment and then we'll look at hands-on adjusting and some verbal cues which can be extremely juicy and those standing forward folds to help deepen the student's experience, open that back body and even move into the shoulders a little bit.
