Life is hard. It just is, and it's a lot easier to walk around sleepwalking. Trust me, I know. But in this course on the Yamas and Niyamas, it invites us to wake up, to pay attention, and to be honest with ourselves. Together, we will move through 10 45-minute practices, all designed for you to feel, understand, and embody these yogic principles and teachings. My hope is that you will see more clearly the things that just aren't working for you anymore, as well as deepen the relationship with yourself and the people you care about. Ultimately, living and enjoying your life in the most optimal, fulfilling way. So with that said, I'm really excited for this experience with you. Let's do this. Namaste.
