The female body is amazing and complex. When we understand our menstrual cycles, we can enter into a healthy and more compassionate relationship with our own natural rhythm. We'll start season one looking at the menstrual chart, going through the hormones, the basal body temperature, and the ovulation cycle. Then we'll enter into 30-minute practices that can support you through hormone balance and common challenges that you may encounter throughout the month.
