In season two, you'll find 30-minute practices to support you during the four phases of your menstrual cycle when you have your period, the follicular phase, ovulation, and the luteal phase. You'll also find a practice to support you during early conception, and a meditation, and a talk about a tradition of preparing the body for conception through healthy lifestyle choices and well-balanced nutrition.
