Welcome to Ayurveda on Yoga Anytime. I'm Ali Kramer. In season 3, we are working with the five vayus or winds. Together, we'll explore asana and pranayama practices designed to help us cultivate an awareness of the subtle energies within our bodies. These practices will facilitate the circulation of prana or life force to support your overall wellness and relationship with self.
