Yoga doesn't have to be difficult, fast, or sweaty to really work. Welcome to gentle yoga. Together we'll explore a gentle approach to yoga by coming into a more loving relationship with ourself. Whether you're new to yoga or returning, these slow, simple, yet active practices are designed to offer relief, increase strength and mobility, and allow for greater ease and spaciousness both in your body and in your life. I am so delighted to share this with you.

Alana this is fantastic! Over the last year I worked myself up from a total beginner  to level 2. In October I ended up having surgery with a 7 week recovery time and was instructed no exercise until week 8. I started back last week and was REALLY depressed at how much I’ve lost. I could hardly believe it when I saw the email of your new course today. It gave me the motivation to start over :)

June! It's so wonderful to hear from you. Welcome back to Yoga! I think you'll be surprised by how quickly you bounce back. Start slow and really listen to your body.
