Alana leads us through new and familiar spinal movements to release tension and stagnation in the joints and tissues, promoting circulation and a sense of relief and ease.
In Season 3, Alana encourages you to nurture both body and spirit through movement-based classes that build strength and flexibility, alongside meditation sessions focused on cultivating presence. Through a balanced blend of physical asana, breathwork, and meditation techniques, these classes guide students toward greater body awareness, emotional resilience, and inner peace, making yoga accessible and rewarding for practitioners of all levels.
