Welcome to season two of 60-Minute Yoga Flows. This season, we move mindfully through well-rounded and dynamic vinyasa practices. We link breath to movement while building strength, stability, and flexibility. We take a moment in each practice to pause, feel, and check in and notice. And we also invite in ease and presence into our day.
