Welcome back. Thank you Matt, Sarah, and Juna for being here. We'll take a look at extended side angle pose. Utitta, Parsva, Konasana. Parsva, side, Kona, angle. Utitta extended. So extended side angle pose. So I'll just ask my friends to find their way into it and watch. Watch how they adjust their leg. Watch how they make sure that they're in the right spot. Watch where they decide to put their bottom arm and watch the angle of their top arm. And so just notice with the three of them, notice that Juna has chosen to put her elbow on her thigh and allow this area to be spacious. Notice that she's decided to let her elbow be a little soft and she's got room in her neck. Notice how Sarah has chosen to put her hand on the outside of the pinky toe. Notice where her relationship of her ear and her arm are versus where Matt's relationship of his ear and his arm are and where he's chosen to put his hand on the inside of his foot. Now normally if you put your arm on the inside of the leg it gives you a little bit more leverage to be able to kind of press that leg back slightly and allow that hip to rotate open and give you more opening in the chest but often you'll see pictures of the posture with the hand by the toe. This is why we prefer video to photo because it shows the movement and the variety. Thanks my friends. Last few moments maybe just a little bit more enthusiasm through the fingers. Okay and then find your way into a lunge and then find your way back into downward facing dog lengthen. So pretty and then child's pose. And so again we have the great benefit of having our three friends show us different ways the posture might look and so the invitation is for you to find out the positioning that works for you and if you're wondering how to get into it then you find your way over to step-by-step. Okay or maybe you're interested in in the correct Sanskrit you find your ways over to mother tongue. Thanks for being here. Love.
