Welcome back. Thank you, Juna, Sarah, and Matt for being here. And so let's take a look at warrior 3, Virabhadrasana 3. And again, really receive the gift that our friends are offering in sharing their practice and allowing us to see the variety. Okay friends, as you're ready, we'll step the right foot back. And so just watch how our friends prepare. Watch how they get organized. Okay. And then as they arrive or make their way towards the shape, just watch what each of them chooses to do with their arms. Juna is showing reaching her arms out in front of you. Sarah has her hands in prayer. And Matt is allowing his arms out to come to the side, which offers sometimes a bit more balance. Last few moments. Okay. So beautiful, all of you. Thank you. As you're ready, you can release towards maybe a standing splits. And then Uttanasana. And then from Uttanasana, if you'd like, roll on back up. And so the play with these postures, we have guidelines, we have images, we have suggestions, and then we have ourselves. And so allow yourself the full expression of what wants to be found in you.
