Welcome back. Thank you Matt and Sarah and Juno for still being here. So we'll take a look at revolving head-to-knee pose. Okay, my friends. The main difference between revolving head-to-knee pose and Janu Shirasana head-to-knee pose is the angle of the knee in relationship to the foot is a little bit more obtuse and you get a backband a forward fold and a twist all in one. This is definitely one of my desert island postures. Okay, so as we get to see our friends, like notice the choices they've made. Okay, like notice how Juno has brought her bottom arm to the inside of her leg and is reaching straight up. Notice how Sarah has chosen to wrap the bottom arm around her foot and also bind the top of her foot allowing her a little bit more leverage. Okay, and then notice how Matt has reached that arm to the foot so that he so that he has that hold and he's also reaching out to the sky. Right, like all of these are accomplishing the revolving. Okay, the twist, the fold and the heart opener. Okay, so beautiful each of you. Now for just a couple more moments will each of you let your posture brighten a bit more for you. Yes, beautiful. Okay, and all of you as you're ready take a look down at your extended leg and then on an inhale find your way back up out of there and just pause and sit in the resulting sauce. So find out what your posture looks like. Let our friends help you feel comfortable with the variety that works best for you. Love.
