Welcome back. Thank you, Matt. Thank you, Sarah. Thank you, Juna. Nice to see you guys again. So we'll take a look at cow face, gogungasana, which can look really different depending on the relationship of your hips and your hamstrings and even just a simple thing like the shape of your legs. Okay, my friends. Okay, so just notice how each of them gets into it. Snuggle, snuggle, snuggle. And then just before they fold forward, just notice the relative height of their knees. Like notice where Juna's top knee is in relationship to her bottom knee versus Sarah versus Matt. Okay, and I have to say when I play with this posture, I often just like to sit here. I find it to be a super quieting, wonderful place to be. Not everybody agrees. I know you can really see some difference as each of them decide to fold forward. So as they decide to fold forward, which will increase the intensity available in the hips, like just watch. And again, just notice what each of them do with their arms like you'll notice just a quality even of palm, relative roundness of the back. Okay, a couple more moments. And from the angle that you're at, it might not be so easy to see, but just the shape of the leg itself makes such a difference on where the feet land, on where the knees land, on where the thighs are. Okay, a couple more moments. Each of you look so beautiful. Nice. Okay, then as you guys are ready, chin into the chest, roll on back up. Beautiful. Find out how it looks for you. Send us a photo. We can't wait to find out.
