Welcome back. Thank you Matt, Sarah, and June. And so we'll take a look at what some people call box pose, some people call double pigeon, up in the colder climates they usually call it fire log. Okay, thanks friends. Right leg on top. So just notice how our friends set up and will you guys before you fold forward just wait for a moment and just take a moment to notice like notice how June is shape looks, notice how Sarah's shape looks, notice how Matt's looks, and just appreciate right like appreciate what we're seeing here is a is a comfort with the external rotation of the hip. And if you're not sure what that means by that go over and check out season two of inner workings. Okay so it might be make more sense to stay upright, June, but for Matt and Sarah it might feel okay to start to lean in increasing the sensation by folding forward. Okay so the play is to find out what actually feels correct. And if you can see June has even brought her hands behind her to help her heart lift as she allows for the opening. Okay and you can see a difference in how Sarah and Matt's back look as they fold forward. Okay you guys can stay there and bake a little bit longer. So as you approach this shape again what we're trying to help is with the help of our friends allow for a variety to be seen so that we have greater capacity for what is.
