Nice to see you again. Thank you Matt and Sarah and Juna and so we'll take a look at Plow Halasana. Another one that just looks completely different depending on who's doing it. Okay my friends as you're ready. Watch how our friends come into it. I'm gonna move out of the way. Watch where they're choosing to put their arms. Okay like notice how Juna is supporting her back. Sarah has chosen to interlace and Matt has brought his hands back towards his feet. Okay three different ways of doing it. Really also just notice because just like when we were in the seated in the standing postures notice the relationship of Sarah's back to the earth versus Matt's back to the earth. Okay so very similar to how our friends looked in the seated postures. Notice that Juna has changed her arm position so just because you choose one position doesn't mean you have to stick with it. Okay just a couple more moments here just like let yourself observe what our friends are doing and let it help give you permission to do what feels right for you and Sarah's wanting to let her knees bend so if the rest of you guys want to do that too that's more making its way towards what usually gets called carny pedasana. Okay then as all of you are ready and want to you can slowly roll back out. Let your arms be out of the way. Watch how each of them does that. Nice Matt. Rest supine for a few beats and then usually what feels good after coming out of plow sometimes it just feels good to rest supine but sometimes it's a super nice counter pose to find fish pose and so as our friends find fish pose watch how they do it. A little different each of them. You'll notice that Sarah and Juna have their buns or top of the head touching the floor whereas Matt does not. A little bright through the heart enthusiasm a little bit more enthusiasm through the legs Matt yep beautiful okay when you guys feel sufficiently cooked you can find your way out of that carefully letting yourself rest. My friends have been working really hard today this is their first break so again the play and thank you so much for being here with us this season and through this show the play here is to continually explore the possibility of our differences but the truth is is that while we have a precise ability to see the differences the more time we spend in the aspects of ourself that are more similar the more we release these surface tensions actually the more difficult it becomes to even see the differences. See if you find that to be true for you. Namaste.
