Yay, you're back. F is for frog, so bring your feet to the ground, rock a little from side to side. Frogs live in the water and the land. Feel your froggy legs, flexible and long. Rock a little from side to side.

Take your frog hand, push one knee open. The other knee open. It feels good to be a frog. G is for giraffe, so we're going to stand up. Giraffe is the tallest land animal.

Make a big giant neck stretch tall. Take a deep breath and let's lean to one side. Feel the stretch in your ribs. Oh, that feels good, breathing. Inhale, up, and to the other side.

You might even close your eyes and really feel it. It feels good. Inhale all the way up and then bring your hands down by your sides. And let's be a horse. H is for horse.

Step your feet wide, bend your knees and sit down in your saddle. Rock a little from side to side. Wow, and you might even do a posting trut. Up, down, feel the strength in your legs. I love riding.

Give your pony a hug. Thank you. And then from here, I is for impala. A beautiful animal lives in Africa and they run so fast. So what you're going to do is turn one foot open, bend your knees and turn towards the front of your mat.

Rock a little from side to side. Feel the strength in your legs ready to go at any time. Pause, take a breath. If we do one side, let's do the other. So change sides, rock a little from side to side, front, back, take a deep breath and feel your impala self ready to go.

From here, step the back foot forward, open up your legs. J is for jaguar, beautiful jungle cat. So we'll bend one knee and open up your arms, take a deep breath. Feel yourself in the jungle, quiet, listening, alert. Inhale, the top arm up, stretch way wide in your side waist, beautiful.

Come up, and if we do the first side, let's do the second. Bend the other knee, open up your arms, pretend that you're a jungle cat, get quiet and still breathing and then we'll inhale that top arm up, breathe wide, beautiful. Deep inhale, exhale. And then we'll come up. K is for kangaroo.

Kangaroos have really strong legs. So we'll turn our first foot forward, open up your arms. Reach long, you might even hold on to your ankle. Now here's a little trick, place your hands on your waist, step the back foot in, use that strong kangaroo leg, put your hand on the ground and you might even lift your back leg, just work with your body, your balance. You can even inhale that top arm up, breathe wide kangaroo, beautiful.

Bring the back foot down, slowly come up. And let's change sides, kangaroo. Turn the other foot open, bend your knee, reach long, beautiful. And then let's step in to kangaroo, feel that strong leg, you can even lift your back leg. Inhale up.

Wow, take a deep breath, and feel your power. Beautiful. From here, slowly come down. Wow, doesn't that feel good?
