Arm balancing is challenging and fun. Welcome to season two of Discover Arm Balancing on Yoga Anytime. I'm Allison Rager-Ossing. This season, we explore eight empowering and progressive sequences that explore Bakasana, Crane Pose, and its relatives. We play with weight shifts, supportive props, and familiar poses to help us approach, get comfortable with, and take off into these popular arm balances.
We'll explore inverting the poses as well as techniques to release the wrists, strengthen the arms, shoulders, and core, and bring awareness into the role of the hips, hands, and feet. You'll gain confidence, strength, and a playful perspective on Bakasana and its variations. Join me for this exciting season and let's explore the possibilities together.
