I'm Hattie Bluestone, doctor of physical therapy, meditation and yoga instructor, and soon-to-be licensed psychotherapist. In this season, we explore a mind-body approach to working with back pain and cultivating greater strength, mobility and resilience. Together, we move mindfully through eight 30-minute anatomy-focused sequences inspired by my favorite physical therapy exercises.
