Welcome to Mindfulness in Motion, a 10-day yoga challenge with me on yoga anytime. Each day, we'll invite our attention into the structure and function of different regions of our body as a means of captivating our mind. We'll move up from the feet into the pelvis, through our lower back and through the shoulders and the neck. And these practices are simple, deep, and only about 30 minutes each.
