These short, effective yoga practices are designed to support your mental and emotional health and wellbeing, offering counter poses to the daily life of being a mom. We practice tools and techniques that target common postpartum sticky areas, including gentle core and pelvic floor awareness, glute and adductor strengthening, and stretching for the neck, shoulders, and low back. I hope these practices offer some relief and inspiration, filling up your cup so that you can give from a more centered and resourced space.
