Morning routine is like something I rely on. It provides that self-me time, you know, even if I have to get up two hours early. My morning consists of coffee, it's a glass of water with salt and lime or lemon, shower. And that shower is typically cold, like as cold as it could possibly be. As soon as that water hits, everything shifts.
So now, blood's pumping, energy, and then I go to the mat. And then I'll sit for one minute at the end of movement where I just feel like, okay, I have this moment of stillness and I want more of these moments throughout the day. What helps me is even if it's like a fake it till you make it, it's going to be a beautiful day. I'm a silver lining guy because I want to spend my time moving toward the light, toward the positivity. You live once, I want to have as many experiences as possible.
My life is just full of them. I want to take them while I can.
