To feel better quickly, like right away, I just get outside. I walk in nature, I just get up into the hills and that allows me to drop into stillness. One of the things that I've noticed that will snap me into a good place right away is just putting on music in my kitchen and just dancing, like moving my body. I just lose track of time when I'm dancing. It's so beautiful.
How do I start my day? For me, it's like reading a little bit, it's writing. Just stream of conscious. If I remember my dreams, I'll write those down and then meditate. The other thing that has been coming up for me is having the support of really authentic women.
My sister, my mom, my fierce and authentic friends. Those moments of love, of laughter. I just feel so lucky to be surrounded by women who are just amazing.
