The practice of yoga is so much more than just the poses, it's a blueprint for living. Welcome to season three of Wake Up With Yoga, I'm Birgitta Kristen. This season we move slowly and mindfully through our practices while also generating strength, stability, flexibility, and mobility. We focus our sequences around the yoga philosophy concepts of the Yamas and the Niyamas. This allows us to explore the practice in more depth and enrich our experience together.
