Hi. I'm so glad you're here to practice with me. I'm Kelly, and this is a collection of practices where we'll move our bodies, we'll make some shapes, practice some breaths, and we'll make some sounds. And the idea is to feel invited or called or beckoned into wholeness. And one of the ways that we do this is by working with seemingly opposing forces. We'll do this in the body and with different stories and different songs, and we do it so that we can show up in our lives to those moments where we're feeling pulled in different directions or where we're invited to wear different hats or play different roles. And everything that we do here is to assist there, and I'm so glad you're here. Most of these practices are 30 minutes or less, and they're that way because that's how I do my own practice at home. I'm a busy mama, and that seems to be the the magical amount of time that is available to practice. And so that is my offering to you. I'm glad you're here.
