I'm Shelley Williams, and I'm so happy to be here to share a morning ritual practice with you what's in your kappa. These practices are a reflection of the essence of whatever you like to enjoy for your daily morning drink. Perhaps it's warm water, perhaps it's a classic tea ritual or coffee, a morning smoothie or an espresso shot. And one of the things that we get to enjoy in these practices is a really nice mix of standing asana, namaskars, grounding poses, some inversion, some playful arm balances, a lot of breath, a lot of laughter. I love how I felt after filming the Dopio practice.
I was supercharged. And after filming soulful Mate, I was grounded and relaxed. And so I hope you get to enjoy some of the qualities and essence of these practices as well. Thank you for being here. Namaste.
