We put together 5 foundational tutorials helping you explore your body, biomechanics, and alignment from your feet to the top of your head. Then we put those 5 foundational tutorials together into classes that are designed for the beginning yoga student for the frail older adult at risk for falls and for the experienced student who is a yoga practitioner in search of a more vigorous class that is bone safe.
