Welcome. This series of shows is Yoga for Athletes, and I'm a rock climber and have been for the last 13 years. I've dabbled in all these different disciplines, but I wouldn't say that, I wouldn't identify myself with the other ones as much as I would rock climber. However, I have a wide-ranging community of amazing professional athletes that I ask for detailed information on all these sequences and got a ton of super great information. Before each sequence, I thank those people.

And what I got from them, generally, is that that wanted a little bit more restorative stuff. They are really active all the time and looking for recuperative, restorative mobilization work, a little bit of stabilization work, which you can see in the core sequence that we do, but generally, I think these little short quickie practices are great for after your sport. If you're not a biker, but you go to the biker video, and in the beginning I talk about the target areas that we get into in that sequence, if those target areas speak to you, then that might be a great sequence for you. I've found, as a climber, that actually all of these sequences are wonderful and get to different areas that need love. Thanks for watching and joining me in these practices.
