Missed a couple of days. Didn't regress as I thought I might. Not quite sure about the back bends. My spine doesn't like hyperextension. "Open your heart" was tough to hear - but a helpful visual. Staying steady.
Hello again Louise :)) No problem on missing days - just jump back in when you can as it seems you did!
And don’t push or overdo the back bends, keep working with where you are.
‘Opening the heart’ is a challenging one for you? Physically or emotionally? Either way - here you are practicing and doing something special for yourself, important to remind yourself of that - I think :))
I love this challenge Robert! I am getting ready to launch a mindfulness TV show and this 20 mins a day has been so centering and grounding. It is exactly what I need right now. Thanks you and greetings from Greenfield, MA
Hi Kira !! Apologies for slow reply - very full summer :)) Loving this transition into Fall! Have you launched your show?? How's it going? I'm so happy this 'challenge' has helped you feel grounded and centered - 2 very nice qualities to feel!
Yes, it could be that! I've also noticed that the tempo of this practices is a bit to fast for me(I am still a beginer) and that practices with core exercises are to heavy for me- I've had the pain in my stomach the whole day after the last practice with the core work. Can you recommend me some other challenge that would be more appropriate for me? Kind regards!
Good morning Sandra Ž :) Thanks for your honest comment here, much appreciated!
I have one other 30 day challenge here on YA you may appreciate - it’s called ‘Feeling Alright’ - the overall practice and pace may feel better for you (you’ll let me know)
