Very much on the pointy end toward advanced. Gave up half way through. 

This session was fun and challenging. I fell over a few times and it made me want to do it again to find the flow - exactly the right amount of challenge for me to stay engaged and encouraged

I tried the class and gave up halfway. It definitely has some more advanced poses like Bakasana without any build up or prior warning.

Hi Emilee, I am a bit worried my previous  comment may have been a bit harsh...your class was really beautifully presented and choreographed but too advanced for my ability.
