Hi Alana just completed all 7 seasons and I loved it thank you, sad it’s finished but I’m sure I’ll find some more of your fabulous practices here. I only began Yoga in September after years of gym work and my body and mind are feeling so so much better and healthier.
Your practices are inspiring and your guidance throughout had been wonderful have an I feel good day 😀
