(water flowing) Namaste to yogi friend. I'm gonna share a little shavasana lullaby with you. So, maybe you've just finished a yoga practice and you just like a little sweet song sung to you or maybe you've just had a long day or you're stressed. One of my favorite things is just to lie down on the Earth and to let my body ground and to allow the frequency in my body to align with that of the Earth. It's very calming, very healing.

So I invite you to find a comfortable place to lie, preferably on the Earth or somewhere else that's comfortable, maybe your bed, whatever you choose. Just allow yourself to lie down on your back. And if you have props and you'd like to use them, maybe just placing a bolster under the knees or rolling up a blanket, placing it under the knees, maybe let resting the head on a blanket or not, just whatever you like to do to feel comfortable. So taking time to set up your space where you won't be disturbed lying down. And then I like to allow the arms just to come away from the body, the palms face up, which gives a little openness in the upper chest.

Sometimes that can feel a little exposed. Maybe you want to let the hands rest down, just feeling into what's right for you. And take a deep breath in. (inhales) Exhale out through the mouth. (exhales) Breathing into the belly.

(inhales) Exhale out through the mouth. (exhales) Just allowing the whole body to start to relax down into the Earth. Allow the centers of the soles of your feet start to soften. Feel your legs relax. Feel the muscles, the bones, feel the bones growing heavy and softening down into the Earth.

Feel the muscles start to soften and melt away from the bones. Allow the hips to grow heavy. Release their holding. Feel the pelvis relax down into the Earth. And feel the spine soften down into the Earth, giving up its holding, its tension.

Feel the belly soften, hanging off of the lower ribs. The organs relax. And feel the lungs soften. Feel the muscle of the heart soften. Allow the shoulders to relax back and down into the Earth.

Whatever tension or hole-cah burden you from then carrying on your shoulders, allowing that just to float melt off of your shoulders down onto the Earth. Feel your arm bones get really heavy. Soften down into the Earth. Feel the centers of the palms of your hands relax. Feel each vertebrae in your neck.

Release anything that it's been holding, softening down. Feel the back of the head relax down. The mind softening. And softening the brow, the center of the forehead. Feel the eyes soften down into their sockets.

Cheeks relax. Feel the jaw relax. And the tongue relax. Feel the whole front body soften and relax. And the whole back body soften and relax.

Feel the inner body soften and relax. Softening and relaxing the center of the chest, the heart center. This doorway to the infinite presence that you are, that is loved. Allow yourself just to dissolve into this place. (sings in foreign language) â?« May all beings be happy and free â?« May all beings be happy and free â?« May all beings be happy and free â?« May all beings be happy and free (sings in foreign language) â?« May all beings be happy and free â?« May all beings be happy and free â?« May all beings be happy and free â?« May all beings be happy and free â?« (sings in foreign language) And bringing your awareness gently back onto your breath.

And feel your breath flowing all the way down to your fingers and your toes. And take a deeper inhale. Exhale out through the mouth. (exhales) And start to wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes. And finding some gentle circles with your wrists, with your ankles.

Maybe just opening the arms on an inhale, reaching the arms over head, deep breath in. (inhales) And exhale, just rolling over onto one side, drawing the knees in towards you, and resting on your side. Just resting in the refuge of your own heart center, your own heart light. Take a deep inhale. Exhale everything.

And then we do a top hand, gently pressing down into the Earth, allowing yourself to come up and find a comfortable cross-legged position. Just resting the backs of the hands on the thighs or maybe the hands face down. Take a deep inhale. (inhales) As you exhale, let the belly soften. (exhales) Let the spine find its alignment.

The heart opens, the crown of the head reaches up. Jaw relaxes. Deep inhale. (inhales) And exhale. (exhales) Bring the hands to lightly touch in front of the heart center.

It's bowing to all beings. May all beings everywhere be happy and free. May my thoughts, words, and actions contribute to that happiness and freedom. Blessings on your journey. Namaste.

Thank you. I was unsure about running right before bed as I thought it might wind me up. I followed it with this video as my "cool down" and it was just perfect. Thank you. I will add this to my "before bed" playlist.
