(waves crash) Welcome to this season of Yoga for Two. We're very excited to be here with you and sharing in this special time, very special time. I've designed, my name is Maria Villella and I've designed this season to support you throughout the various stages of pregnancy and you should feel nourished and invigorated from a lot of the practices. They're also very well-balanced, so if you had a stronger practice before or if you're newer to yoga, I really offer a lot of modifications so that you can follow along. We have some practices for opening the back and shoulders to prevent any neck pain or shoulder tension, some practices for the feet and legs for cramps or tight feed, tired feet.
Also, some things for wrists like carpal tunnel syndrome, breathing practices, nourishing practices, practices to help you increase your strength and stamina. So, I really hope you enjoy practicing with us and we would love to hear from you in the forum, so please send us any questions or comments, remarks, pictures if you can, and enjoy the journey ahead of you.
