Welcome to the pain-free yoga challenge. We have many opportunities during the course of our yoga practice to ask the question is the practice that we're doing serving us. The promise that we're offering is a practice that will help you strengthen your own intuition, to help you look at what you're doing and what you're practicing during the seven days and intuitively be guided from an inner place instead of me imposing another practice on the practice you're currently doing. The opportunities that this pain-free challenge is going to present to you is going to challenge you. It's going to test some of your comfort let's say with discomfort and how do you mentally or physically respond to the sensations that are coming. Intentionally you will be challenged and this challenge will give you an opportunity to respond in a very personal and intuitive way. I'm so glad you're here and I look forward to this experience that we're going to share together over the next seven days and I wish you the best and I hope to hear from you. I hope you'll engage in the forums and give feedback towards your experience that we can share with all of those that have experienced this seven-day pain-free challenge. Namaste.
