Welcome back to Acra Yoga Family. I'm Devin Sisler. I'm here with my friend Baron and his two little acro monkeys. And we are going to play through some animals right now. So we're going to start by jumping like a frog. Can you jump like a frog? Can you guys jump? Here we go. Reach your legs high. Squat down low. Take three more hops. One, two, three. Well, I feel warmed up. Baron is going to come down to base. And I can help you down. Wait, wait, wait. Let me do this thing. So nice. I lower him down. This is great practice to start with a base, flyers, and a spotter to make sure that everybody stays safe. So different ways that we can get into this with a kiddo. So we're going to go to throne. And he can take a big hop all the way up. And then we're going to come to seated. So actually right here, I'm going to plunk him around like that. There you go. Can you reach your hands to this guy? Yeah. So a spotter is really great for just making transitions happen like that and moving the kids around in space. From here, Baron can lower him down. And actually, his little guy can, you can stand in his hands. Yeah. So holding gently onto his feet. There you go. And I'm here spotting to make sure it's safe. Will you put his feet under your armpits? Reach out. So we call this little iron cross, press down. What do you think? Nope. We don't want to do that one right now. Do you want to go to high flying whale? Yeah.

We'll place the feet at the lower back. Lean back in space. Reach over a gentle back bend. Can you give me a whale sound? All right. And then we will bring his feet back down to the ground. Tada. You can give your partners a high five. But that's a fun little flow. So Jude, will you help me here? We're going to try to take you directly into throne. We're going to take a little jump. Okay. Stand all the way up. So Baron's going to take his feet to the inside of the thighs and I'm going to be here hands on hips. One, two, three. You're going to take that frog jump. One, two, three. And now wrap your legs in front, sitting all the way up. Reach your hands to the sky or whatever you really want to do. Yeah. Okay. Slightly different transition right now. We're going to place his feet on your shins. And then Jude is going to stand up as Baron bends his shins, standing on shins.

We'll stand all the way up. How does that feel? And notice how Baron's anchoring down through the feet. And sometimes when you have two kids, one of them's helping in other ways. Right? How are you feeling? Yeah. Do you want to sit back down or do you want to come to bird on hands? Okay. We're going to sit back down. So he just sits. Tada. And then we can lower him all the way down. You'll place your feet overhead. So a lot of the reasons we do these warmups. The warmups in the solo practice really help get into the hips so that you can lift your child up and off the ground from far away. Tada. He's going to take one leg at a time. This is our other transition. Other leg at a time. Do you want to stand up or do you want to stay seated? Stay seated. We like it here. You can drink some tea. You can throw a frisbee. What do you like to do? You can eat a cookie in this round. Okay. Let's come on down. And sometimes there's unplanned dismounts. So you just have to be ready with your arms and your legs. Thank you guys so much. Help him pop up. Give him a high five. Optional hug. You guys want to take a quick ohm together? All right. Here we go. We're going to breathe in one more ohm. Aum. Shanti, shanti, shanti. Peace, peace, namaste.
