We are excited to share some more fun things that you can do flying with baby, strengthening your core and your arms. You might want to have some snacks around. We recommend that you finish chewing before you fly, okay? We will start by reaching our arms up, exhaling to center, and let's take one om before we begin. Breathing in together, om.

And we'll sing one round through our favorite opening song. Here we go, the more we get together, together, together, the more we get together, the happier we'll be. For your friends are my friends and my friends are your friends. The more we get together, the happier we'll be. Yay! Nico, are you ready to fly?

So sometimes we'll fly with our kiddos and sometimes I'll do a round or two with the stuffed animals and that'll get the kids excited. So whichever one makes sense for you at home to start with. And I think this little guy might be ready. Here we go. I'm going to put monkey and Teddy over here.

That's a good thing. So which one first? We will start baby bird on shins. Here we go. All right.

And we're going to get warmed up with some flips or just some bounces there. Want to do a flip snack time? Ready? You ready? Ta-da! Do you want to do it again or are you all done?

Again! All done. I don't know. I can't. That's why we do sign language again. All done.

Do you want more, Nico? More? Okay. Come on. Ready?

Bouncy, bounce, bounce, bounce. All the way up. All the way over. Ta-da! Flip! Yay! More. Again.

Again. Here we go. Again? So every time that you explore this, it's really, really good for the vestibular system in the brain, which can help with walking and other sports later in life. I also encourage you to give a lot of space for your child.

They may want to walk away and come back. It might not be that same very quick, more, more, more, more, more in the very beginning. It might be, okay, let's try it again. So make sure to give a little bit of that space. From here, we will go into throne on hands.

There we go. We're going to come to seated on shins and then hold the upper leg of your baby and they can sit right here. This is a great place to have a little spotter in the beginning. How are you doing, Nico? Yeah.

Very cute. I love it. And then Sarah will extend her legs and flex her feet and we'll see if he'll come into a baby iron cross today. Arms out to the side. So strong! And she can from here take her hands under his feet and he might come to stand.

But we also, the squat is pretty reasonable too. Want to stand? No. No. There we go.

I like it. Yeah. This, once they start walking, this is pretty normal. Done. And you want to come all the way down to the ground?

Want to come down, Nico? We like it right here. This is good. Holding on to everyone. Ta-da! So once your child learns how to stand, they might just come into that little squat.

They might not want to do foot-to-hand. Before they are standing and walking, it is actually an easier place to balance them in that little foot-to-hand position that can be really fun for both of you to connect. From here, you can place your feet on the ground. So mom's going to rest, or kind of rest, as I give her a little head rub. So if you're working with more than one adult or an older child, giving this gentle little scrub is a really nice way to take care of your base.

And I have my eyes open watching the kiddo. From here, give a little ear squeeze. And then a little press along the eyebrows. Three brushes, and I definitely encourage you to pause and take a little bit longer with that head rub. From here, we'll come up into seated.

We can do our closing song. So if you know this song, please sing along, Row, row, row your boat, gently down the stream. Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily, life is but a dream. One more time. Row, row, row your boat, gently down the stream.

Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily, life is but a dream. Let's take three om's breathing in together. Om, om, om, om, om, om. Thank you so much for being with us today. Thank you for sharing your time with us today, and happy flying.
